This restaurant is inspired to the ancient medieval tradition of Iglesias. In that period the city, made appealing by the presence of mineral deposits, was disputed for a long time by Pisani and Aragonesi.  Conquered by the latter in 1324 was the first of the United newborn city of Sardinia to obtain recognition of a royal city in 1327.

The influence of these two dominations defines the character of the city and the restaurant GAZEBO <The Medieval> today.
